Inspired by the chakra philosophy in the tantric yoga lineage, blended with neural reprogramming techniques, the Aim course is an interpretation of an ancient ideology applicable to the modern day.
Arranged into 8 chapters (or Days, weeks or months), it is meant to be completed consecutively, and according to your readiness. You will be offered contemplative readings and accessible practices to inspire insights, on an organized path to self exploration.
As often as you need, return to this program to access tools and resources to regulate your mind & train your inner dialogue.
Aim, is an invitation to live less out of habit and more out of choice & a personal guide to inspire you to participate in the creation of your best self.

SAMSKARA & NEURAL REPROGRAMMING
In the practice of yoga, there is a term samskara, which described simply, defines our conditioning. This perhaps was the ancient's way of describing what modern neuroscientists consider to be, in part, our nervous system, neural pathways, and subconscious patterning.
CHANGE YOUR MIND, CHANGE YOUR LIFE
It’s a fact that every time we learn or do something new, our brain changes. Our brains are also shaped and molded by everything we have experienced – both positively and negatively.
We can take agency over our experience and manifest the things we want in life instead of defaulting to a negative subconscious narrative.
Identifying and reprogramming your defaults which manifest in body-mind-spirit can be understood through this new age philosophy of the chakras.
We will go through each chakra, subtly and identify how it presents itself behaviorally. Uncovering layers of consciousness and learn where specific thoughts land and manifest in the physical body.
Our journaling prompts, 60 minute asana class, and meditations correspond with each layer, providing structure to your self discovery process.
By understanding yourself through this perspective, you will expand your awareness and transform old habits into empowered choices.
