AIM: A Yoga & Meditation Program

Use this program as a resource to aim inwards and forwards. 

 

Inspired by the chakra philosophy in the tantric yoga lineage, the Aim course is an interpretation of an ancient ideology applicable to the modern day. 

 

Arranged into 8 chapters (or Days, weeks or months), it is meant to be completed consecutively, and according to your readiness. You will be offered contemplative readings and accessible practices to inspire insights, on an organized path to self exploration.

 

As often as you need, return to this program to access tools and resources to regulate your mind & train your inner dialogue. Through practice, presence, and persistence, we will harness the power of repetition as the mechanism for personal transformation.

 

Aim, is an invitation to live less out of habit and more out of choice & a personal guide to inspire you to participate in the creation of your best self.

Aim, inspires you to reclaim your agency and autonomy through daily practices that remind you of conscious choice.

Yoga teaches us through practice, how to connect to the operating system and make immense changes in our thinking mind. We will start to wake up to our power to heal and transform.

This program guides you to practice presence and harness the power of repetition. Through daily mantras that will help you to reprogram your mind and body, you will align and expand.
