An 8 week program to aim inwards through contemplative practices and movement. We will work together to curate a personalized program for you that involves reflection, developing a home practice, meditation, and more. We will meet each week for 2 hours to discuss and practice. Afterwards, receive a personalized email with journaling prompts to reflect on through out the week, assignments and resources. 

Each week we will follow the Aim technique where you will be given in depth content on the seven innermost layers that cultivate and embody you. We will work together to create inner stability, healing, power, love, truth, intuition and vision along with the highest integration of self through education, conversation and practice.

Our aim is to provide you with tools and strategies to self regulate through challenging moments, while aligning you to the beauty of what already is. This is a practice of being, of listening, of unfolding, and of becoming you.

Dani found me lost, alone, and with no home to find—let alone walk towards. Dani held my hand and walked me out of the darkness. I know that to get (and stay) grounded all I need to do is get on my mat, move, feel, and listen. I have a repository of postures that will release the tension I am feeling. I also know, there is no “excellence” in yoga... yoga is my tool to connect to body and listen to it, there is perpetuated evolution, but never excellence (and THAT is excellent).

  • I asked to “feel my feelings.” (See above... crazy how these two requests were so connected, right!?). Dani also introduced me to so many resources, podcasts, authors, poems... and assigned journal prompts that guided me to so many areas of resistance that were blocking the light, blocking my happiness. Today, feeling my feelings is not scary, it is empowering because I have the tools to honor them and release them.

  • I asked to “learn to meditate.” Dani’s program introduced me to meditation and grew my practice from 5 minutes to 30 minutes and helped me understand how to process the thoughts I come present to.
