A FREE MINDFULNESS MEDITATION SERIES

Join Dani Reidy for a month-long course to explore & experience the power of mindfulness meditation. Dani is currently in a 2 year meditation certification program studying under Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield. This 4-week series serves as a final practicum to complete her certification
 
Participants are asked to attend all sessions if available
Feedback is an essential part of the process & will be requested during the course
Classes will be held on zoom, & will be recorded
