Originally from Canada, Lindsey worked professionally as a musical theatre actress before moving to Bermuda to be with her husband. Lindsey was at first drawn to yoga as an active way to heal and prevent dance injuries, however it soon became her passion and way of life.
After fifteen years exploring vinyasa, hatha, hot, Iyengar, power, yin and restorative practices, she travelled to Nicaragua to gain her 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification.
Lindsey teaches in both group and private settings. Blending her dance and asana expertise she flows through evolutionary movement fueled by wakeful alignment.
Committed to inspiring a sense of freedom and play, her classes integrate length with strength to promote balance within the body.
Take a pause in your Saturday for some deep relief and relaxation. Blending Yin postures with a slow flow, we invite the opportunity to let go in the body and still your mind. Bring 1-2 blocks and 1-2 blankets (towels are great too!).

Jenn Swaine, eRYT200 + YACEP, initially began exploring yoga and somatic movement as a way to process an experience with grief. As a yoga teacher she is interested in facilitating space to safely foster the mind-body connection and human experience between emotional experiences and physical sensation. As owner of Eastern Shore Yoga in Easton, Maryland an integral element of Jenn's mission as a yoga teacher and studio owner is a belief "in the power + beauty of trusting in yourself to know and honor what you need without judgement or expectation to foster unconditional curiosity + respect within yourself"
After completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Lindsay Lusignea Kiracofe and Kate Manchester at Red Lila School of Yoga in Baltimore, Maryland in 2018,
Jenn has continued to explore this interest and refine her skillset in offering support to her clients through a variety of continued education courses including Creating an Inclusive Environment with Kate Curry at Blue Lotus Yoga in Annapolis, Maryland, Meditation & Mindfulness CEUs through Red Lila School of Yoga, and most recently Dr. Willoughby Britton’s “First Do No Harm: Meditation Safety Training”.
She is currently training with Ciara Desmond and Dani Reidy of Wicked Om Yoga & Arrow Yoga to complete her advanced 300-hour yoga teacher training.

I found yoga about 12 years ago out of desperation. At the time I was struggling with various health issues. I had been in an extremely low place; mentally, physically, spiritually. I found myself leaning heavily on outside validation and instant gratification. My journey has evolved from weekly classes that focused primarily on asana to breath-work, gratitude practices, mindfulness, and more. I found myself in and out of different career paths until I knew that my mission was to help individuals discover the light inside themselves. Confused on how to get started, I began my schooling career at Bridgewater State University with a major in Health Studies. I had been in various roles within the wellness industry over the past decade including; personal trainer, health-club management, marketing, and more. While I loved each one of those opportunities, I knew that yoga was still calling out to me. After my first child I decided to take a leap of faith and applied for my 200-hour teacher training.
Currently I reside on the South Shore of Massachusetts with my two toddlers, two rescue dogs, and my wonderful partner, Joe. I tend to gravitate towards teaching Power Vinyasa or Yoga Sculpt but have explored Hatha, Restore, Slow Flow and more. You can catch me at several local studios with a fun playlist, thoughtful sequence, and as always - humor.
A 60 minute Vinyasa Krama sequence which will aim to open hips and celebrate a grateful heart. We will visit my favorite mantra; opportunity and grace. This class will be a lighthearted introduction to breath, play, stillness, and exploration. I hope to see you there!

I’m Emily Terceira, and I hope to empower you to be the best version of yourself, in physical body, growing mind and authentic spirit.
I found yoga while studying dance in university – in a world defined by rigidity and perfection at the barre, I craved freedom and creativity on the mat. Yoga has taught me compassion – that we are in constant evolution, always reaching + growing past our edges. I am trained in vinyasa, prenatal, restorative, yoga nidra, kids yoga, and stand-up paddle board yoga. I am currently studying with arrow yoga, and will hold a 500ryt in September.
In my classes you can expect to dance, play and explore your way through thoughtful and dynamic sequencing. While the dancer in me craves creative transitions, there is always the invitation to listen to personal body structure and inner creativity.
Yang Yin Flow
Stoke your internal fire and build heat with repetition in movement. We will take two sequences and move through each one slowly the first time, and sped up the second, finishing with marrying the two together for one long flow. Class cools down with a few yin postures (longer holds) and a cleansing savasana.

Hi, I'm Kelley. I started going to yoga classes as a college student, mostly just to exercise. I continued yoga throughout different stages of life, and have cherished the endless challenges, lessons and benefits of the practice. After graduating from college with degrees in Finance and Accounting, I moved to New York City to work in the finance industry. I was working long hours at a desk behind a screen, and yoga was always my escape to enjoy mindful movement. After practicing for over 10 years, I took my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Pure Yoga in New York City. Since then, I've completed 50 hour hot yoga training, a yoga mentorship program and I'm currently working towards my 300 hour certification. I hope to continue to share yoga in the way others have shared it with me.
This class will be a one hour vinyasa krama open to all levels. We will go through 4 rounds of a standing sequence, starting with a brief warm up and ending with a cool down. We will start the first round slowly with a few postures, and then each subsequent round we will add more poses and begin to flow. The sequence can be modified and adapted to what fits into your practice today. You just need a mat and two blocks are optional.

Hi, friends! I'm Michelle. I have been practicing yoga for many years, actually since high school. Believe it or not, my dad was my soccer coach and incorporated a weekly yoga class into our strength training. In college, yoga was a perfect balance to my hobby of long distance running. When I started teaching Fifth Grade in 2013, I found Down Dog Yoga in Washington DC, and completed my 200 Hour Baptiste Yoga teacher training. In June of 2020, I founded Monarch Yoga, an outdoor, traveling yoga studio in the Philadelphia neighborhoods of Fishtown + Kensington. When I am not on my yoga mat I am running my other small business, Together Organizing + Tutoring or cooking at home with my husband, Brian.

“Quiet the Monkey Mind”
It’s time to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and create a moment of space and ease. This 60-minute all levels flow + meditation is for the person who has felt overrun by their racing thoughts and jam-packed schedule, and now craves a sense of peace and clarity. All you need to practice is your body, breath and self, but if you prefer the support of tools, bring your yoga mat, a block, and a blanket to cozy-up during the meditation.
