Each day you will be given in depth content on the seven innermost layers that cultivate and embody you. We will work together to create inner stability, healing, power, love, truth, intuition and vision along with the highest integration of self through education, conversation and practice.
Our aim is to provide you with tools and strategies to self regulate through challenging moments, while aligning you to the beauty of what already is. This is a practice of being, of listening, of unfolding, and of becoming you.
