Our plan for you in
Arrive in Dubrovnik
Welcome to Croatia! Upon arrival, we'll have one of our drivers pick you up from the airport and take you on the 30 minute journey to our villa. Unpack and unwind, take a stroll around our quiet neighborhood, lounge by the pool or on the nearby beach before we all officially meet each other.
Our welcome circle will outline the itinerary for the week, give you a chance to introduce yourselves and we'll ground ourself with a short restorative yoga practice.
Dinner will be made for us at home by a local chef, and we'll get to do what we love most, connect with you.
7 am yoga to ground and awaken, followed by meditation and journaling. Afterwards, breakfast made for us at home. We'll sit around the table and connect on our plans for the day.
Optional kayaking in Zaton Bay, where we'll visit some of the nearby caves, have the option to get a little adventurous, rope swinging, or simply stay back and relax at the local beach. Lunch is on your own & can be enjoyed at one of the restaurants on the water.
Afterwards, unwind with a short restorative and meditation practice.
Dinner will take place in a nearby village, where we'll eat traditional Dalmation cuisine on a historic farm. Expect an authentic farm to table tasting menu that will introduce you to the traditions of Croatia.
7 am yoga and Aim Journal discussion. You'll have the earlier part of the day free to relax before we spend majority of the evening out and about.
At 2 pm we'll leave for Dubrovnik, a ten minute ride into the city will be proceeded by exploring with a local friend. We'll visit a few women owned shops, to connect with their designers, and learn more about entrepreneurship in a place like Dubrovnik.
For dinner, we'll hang out at our local friend's garden where you can connect with a community of women from Dubrovnik. Look forward to an intimate evening of communal connection.
I think you're starting to get the morning routine down. 7-9 am yoga!
After breakfast you'll get ready for a day out on the water. We'll walk down to our village harbor and be picked up for a full day of boating, swimming, and cave exploring. After swimming in the Mediterranean for the first half of the day, we'll nourish ourselves at a secret lunch spot on a nearby island.
Arrive home, shower and join Dani for a 45 minute restorative/meditation practice.
Dinner will be at home this evening.
7-9 am yoga & journaling!
We'll have breakfast and around 11 am drive about ten minutes to Mt. Srd, the infamous mountain with views that overlook the city of Dubrovnik and sea below. Rather than taking the cable car, we're hiking our way to the top. About a 90 minute hike up and 60 minute hike down, we'll be able to cool off at a famous swimming spot.
Take a chance jumping off the cliffs at Buza Bar, and have free time to get lunch in the city. We'll give you a rec for one of our favorite restaurants near by.
At 4 pm we'll be back onto Sadhana practice. Restore & reflect.
Dinner will be around our place in Zaton Bay.
Yoga 7-9 am followed by breakfast
Today, we'll be visiting the beautiful towns of Ston and explore the Peljesac Peninsula for the day. Our local sommelier friend will be bringing us to her favorite wineries along the coastline for a unique wine tour adventure. Meet the women behind some of these wineries in an exclusive experience. If you're not into wine, or oysters, join us for a day of beautiful scenery, history and a quiet alternative from the busy-ness of Dubrovnik.
Upon returning home we rest, with no practice this evening.
We'll enjoy a BBQ dinner with our local chef this evening at home.
7-9 am will be our 108 practice & closing ceremony!
You'll have this day for yourself to relax, pack, swim in the sea, visit Dubrovnik, go for a run around the bay, or whatever suits your fancy.
The afternoon will be spent visiting a surprise location with our local friend Alex, who owns the company Piknik Dubrovnik. She'll take us somewhere special for one final adventure. We'll hike, swim, and enjoy a sunset picnic dinner together to end the week.
