CLASS TYPES

 

VINYASA FLOW 

60 min.

In this 60 minute class, expect a vinyasa based practice that includes something for everyone. We make each class accessible by offering numerous variations for poses to meet you where you are.

Come prepared with props like 2 blocks & a blanket.

 

SADHANA

45 min.

This class was created to help you cultivate a morning devotion practice that feels true & authentic to you. Over the course of 45 minutes we will guide you through grounding into the body, deep breathing, meditation, gentle asana, and journaling prompts to help guide you into the spaciousness and stillness that is always available within. This practice will help foster a sense of peace, ease, and clarity that can then be carried with you throughout the rest of the day.

COSMIC YOGA NIDRA

60 min.

After 10 minutes of gentle movement and/or pranayama, you will settle into savasana with the use of optional props for added comfort. You will then be guided through various layers and levels of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body. Themes are drawn from astrology, nature and mythic symbology to take you on a journey to explore your inner world and reconnect you with your true essence. 

MEDITATION

30 min.

In this 30 minute class, explore various styles of meditation practices. We will begin practice with a short dharma talk/intro to help you navigate the meditation. Perfect for all levels.
