Join us on the wild coastline of Portugal. Just 40 minutes from Lisbon, our home is ideally located near a national park, picturesque areas like Sintra, wineries, walking distance to the beach and the small village of Azenhas do Mar. Its seven apartments with different layouts and styles were created in a recent full renovation, upgrading the ancient house to modern standards, while respectfully preserving the existing substance. The 10,000m2 romantic garden features a yoga studio, a tennis court, a spa and many sitting areas to enjoy the view of the ocean. Our days will be spent basking in all of this beautiful destination has to offer including hiking in the national park, surfing with locals, enjoying unique botanical workshops and fresh farm to table lunches, nourishing ourselves with incredibly fresh and delicious food made by both our chef and at beautiful restaurants nearby, and of course, appreciating transformative yoga practices that will benefit your mind-body and heart.
 
Each morning expect to begin your day with a 75 minute asana practice, followed by self inquiry and conversations to inspire you to awaken and expand. Breath work and meditation will be grounding techniques that are interwoven into each practice, all intentionally curated to show you how to self regulate and self rely. Each student will receive a physical copy of our Aim Journal, a guidebook inspired by Tantra and neuroscience to move you on a path forward that is both present and chosen.

Inspired by the cycles of nature, we will be celebrating the shift in season as we head into Autumn. With all of its growth and transformation, we too, will honor what it means to move and change.
