Our aim is to offer a unique travel experience for women where they discover the world and get to deepen their own self connection. Portugal's atlantic coast line is both wild and serene. You'll feel rejuvenated by the surroundings and even more so by the luxurious accommodations we have reserved for our week. Our villa contains a beautiful yoga studio with an option for rooftop classes, a sauna, jacuzzi,  pool, tennis courts and a garden. Open the fence at the front of the property and you'll be at the cliffs edge to the Atlantic where you can take long walks along the sea, or walk the steps down to our beach.

We value offering you space to explore, and are so excited that our home is just an 8 minute walk from the picturesque village of Azenhas do Mar. Located just 40 minutes from Lisbon and surrounded by countless places to explore, our home is ideal, but so is its location. We'll take advantage of where we're staying by being able to walk into the village for some of our meals, explore the nearby national park, strolling through the famous town of Sintra with its castles and historic sites, visit a local winery and enjoy a private lunch. overlooking the landscape. We also have planned a special lunch and workshop with local artist and farmer, who just 2 minutes from our villa will host us for a breathtaking lunch and a unique botanical skin care experience. The rest is a a surprise, because we love gifting you with the wonder of not knowing about some of the best and most beautiful aspects of our trips.

Amidst all the exploration of Portugal, we will equally spend time immersing ourselves into self study through Arrow Yoga's chakra program entitled, Aim. Twice a day sadhana (practice) with meditation and pranayama as well as self inquiry work, will promote a deep transformational experience from the inside out.

This is for those who are looking for a quality yoga experience and a thoughtful trip abroad.  You will be expected to participate in the yoga journey just as much as you immerse yourself in the destination. On our trips we foster a deep sense of community (kula) and are all present for one another through each practice and conversation. We dine together for almost every meal, but on free days, only lunch will be on your own. Each trip is designed to feel well rounded and dimensional, and a perfect balance between activity and relaxation.

We'll always schedule in some free time in case you're the more independent type and want to wander on your own. Dani will lead a morning asana practice followed by an evening meditation or restorative practice. If you like hanging out with like minded people, whether you're wanderlusting with your travel bestie or going solo, you'll have a built in community for the week. Especially in a place like Morocco, most of our travelers always say they felt so safe visiting this country in a group setting!

Dani Reidy will guide you on your Portuguese journey. After traveling up and down the coast of Portugal, Dani found the ideal place to visit along the coast. After traveling for so many years, Dani has a truly laid back approach to travel yet loves to create a wholistic experience so you can make the most of being abroad. Dani's compassionate and happy demeanor will make you feel welcome & safe. Dani will provide all the support and book all the things, so you can sit back and feel taken care of. You deserve it.

Anna Meyer, will be your photographer. A highly talented professional who works in D.C. NY and everywhere in between and is our favorite addition to the trip. Anna inspires our guests to feel empowered getting their photos taken, and you'll leave the week with hundreds of photos to remember Portugal. Having a photographer on our trip is important to us, not just for the amazing photos you'll get, but for the opportunity it provides for you to truly be present and take in your travel experience with one less distraction.

Our villa stands proudly on the cliffs just outside the village of Azenhas do Mar overlooking the coast from Cabo de Roca to Ericeira. Its seven apartments with different layouts and styles were created in a recent full renovation, upgrading the ancient house to modern standards, while respectfully preserving the existing substance. The 10,000m2 romantic garden features a yoga studio, a tennis court, a spa and many sitting areas to enjoy the view. We love a villa as our retreat venue, because we'll all get to hang out, get connected and foster a true sense of home.
Upon registration of the trip, you'll receive all the details of your accommodations, but trust us when we say, it's awesome.
There are single and double rooms available. Single, meaning, there is one queen bed available, and double, meaning two single beds or 1 queen and 1 single bed are available in the room. In some cases, there is an option to have a triple room, if you wanted to share a bed with a friend/ family member. Ask us about it if you're interested.

The total cost of the Portugal retreat is $3699 for double occupancy, and $4399 for single occupancy (rooming solo). Prices are listed per person. A non refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm your registration for the trip. All additional payments must be made within 90 days of the trip departure.
