KIM BROOKS 200- RYT

I have always had an innate desire to uncover a deeper connection with myself, others, and the world around me. As I learn more about the historical, philosophical, metaphysical and medicinal aspects of yoga, I continue to grow and evolve. I am committed to sharing all that I've learned with my students.

Yoga has brought. me a sense of peace, presence, and acceptance I hope to bring to each of you. My classes are accessible for all levels and are a blend of Vinyasa, restorative, and yin. My intention is to guide students to feel calm, in tune with their body's wisdom, and to create a safe space to release stress.

TESS MANNING 200- RYT

Tess fell in love with yoga over a decade ago when she was introduced to her first class and discovered how powerful the practice is. Her classes are designed to feel accessible to all levels and honor yoga’s ancient roots. She uses thoughtfully paced sequences to help her students find strength and stillness in both their bodies and minds.

BETSY MILLER 200- RYT

Betsy was first drawn to yoga because of her passion for health and wellness, but she deepened her practice because of her passion for self-exploration and introspection. Yoga has helped her move through and heal from difficult times, evolve into a more authentic version of herself, and foster greater empathy for others. She loves the complex layers and intentional artistry of creating a yoga class, focusing on vinyasa and slow flows.

Her mission is to help others connect more deeply with their bodies and minds by slowing down enough to meet themselves. Striving to lead with energy and inclusivity, she creates experiences where students feel supported to explore their practice and improve their overall wellbeing while finding community in doing so.
