By submitting your deposit, you are agreeing to the terms to participate in Arrow Yoga's YTT Program

Terms of Service

Arrow Yoga, LLC lists what is included on the YTT page on their website. 

REFUND POLICY

Deposit:

Once accepted, there is a $500 non refundable deposit that must be submitted via our website.

You have 7 days to cancel your participation in the YTT to receive a full refund.

After 7 days of submitting your deposit, it is non refundable.

The Final Balance

The remaining balance of your YTT cost shall be submitted on or before the YTT start date.

Payment Plans

We want to work with individuals to make YTT possible, therefore, we offer payment plans that we create on an individual basis. In this case, payment plans may extend the length of the YTT but shall not exceed a year (12 month payment plan.)

Failure to make your final payments will result in termination of the program.

Cancellation Policy

You have until 14 days before the start date of the YTT to cancel your training to receive a full refund, minus the deposit.

Arrow Yoga will not give any refunds or credits after the the 14 days prior to start date.

If a student must withdraw from the program for special circumstances, the program may give a partial refund to the student in the exercise of its discretion.

The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full.

Attendance Policy

Graduation from our program requires the student’s attendance at all training sessions. Any absence must be approved in advance by our program director. A maximum of 20 hours may be missed if arranged in advance and approved by the program director. We will provide 20 hours of make-up included in the price of tuition.

We do not accept unapproved absences and they may result in dismissal from the program. In this case, graduation will be at the sole discretion of the program director.

Students are encouraged to have 100% attendance. However, we understand that students have important commitments outside of the classroom. Should extenuating circumstances impact attendance, students are permitted to miss class, provided they work with the program director to make up any missed hours. Students are responsible for rescheduling missed hours to make up any course material they have missed.

Withdrawal Policy:

If a student wishes to withdrawal from our program for any reason, they must first contact the program director to discuss their reasons for withdrawal. Refunds will be given in accordance with the program’s refund policy.

Termination from Program:

The program may decide to terminate any student’s participation in the program if:

(1) false information was used in the admission process that materially affects the program

(2) a student fails to attend more than 1 module without prior approval

(3) a student is absent for more than 3 consecutive days without contacting the program director;

4) the student fails to make timely payments of tuition

(5) the student is unable to pass the final exam after being given 2 attempts, does not complete all assignments and completion requirements by the final due date.

If the program decides to end the student’s participation in the program, the student is not entitled to any prior payments or fees. All prior payments and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Bad Conduct

No refunds will be given if the program removes a student from the program for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, gossip, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students.

Tardiness

Any student who is late for class by more than 15 minutes will be docked an hour from their training hours and will be required to make up those hours.
