OUR TEACHERS
At Arrow Yoga, our teachers are devoted practitioners who live and embody the principles of yoga both on and off the mat. With deep knowledge of safe, intelligent movement, they skillfully guide students through classes that build strength, mobility, and awareness while honoring individual needs.
But beyond the physical, our teachers infuse spirituality and intention into every practice—blending breathwork, philosophy, and mindful sequencing to create an experience that nourishes both body and soul. Each class is more than just movement; it is a contemplative journey, inviting you to turn inward, and align with your highest self.
