CLASS RENTAL: $10 PER CLASS /48 hours
We have classes from 30-75 minutes in vinyasa, power, yin and restorative. Think like Prime Movie rentals for yoga! Once you rent a class, you'll have 48 hours to watch the class unlimited times.

WE OFFER MINI WORKSHOPS AND TUTORIALS TO UNDERSTAND ASANA (POSTURE) FUNDAMENTALS FOR A SUSTAINABLE PRACTICE, WE'LL BREAK DOWN THE MECHANICS OF GETTING INTO PEAK/ADVANCED POSTURES, OFFER CONDITIONING FOCUSED EXERCISES TO BUILD STRENGTH AND STABILITY, AND HELP YOU DEVELOP YOUR BREATH AND TRANSITIONS.
