MEET DANI
Dani Reidy is a mother, teacher, and the founder of Arrow Yoga. She lives in Hampden, Baltimore, and is deeply rooted in the community she serves.
A 500-hour E-RYT, Dani has taught thousands of hours of yoga around the world since 2013. She began her practice through Baptiste Yoga, drawn to the intensity of asana, but quickly fell in love with the deeper dimensions of the practice—its philosophy, energetics, and power to reprogram the subconscious mind. Her work bridges ancient wisdom with modern tools to help students live more liberated, intentional lives.
With a background in dance, Dani brings a refined understanding of movement—blending biomechanics with the expressive rhythm of breath and body. Her classes are intelligently sequenced and energetically attuned, offering vinyasa, restorative, or yin practices that invite inquiry, depth, and transformation.
Dani is a lifelong student. She continues to study under Ally Bogard and has trained with renowned teachers including Baron Baptiste, Elena Brower, Rod Stryker, Janet Stone, Abbie Galvin, Anodea Judith, and many more. She is also a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, with a deep commitment to Buddhist-inspired practices of awareness and compassion. Her certifications span Tantra, meditation, yoga nidra, prenatal yoga, and chakra psychology.
Arrow Yoga was created from Dani’s desire to be of service—to support others through compassionate awareness, meaningful connection, and the transformative tools of yoga. Accredited through Yoga Alliance in 2020, Arrow offers trainings, workshops, and immersive experiences designed to help students explore, embody, and evolve. Accredited through Yoga Alliance in 2020, Arrow offers trainings, workshops, and immersive experiences that make the ancient teachings accessible, relevant, and embodied.
Since 2015, Dani has led over 25 international retreats across 15+ countries—from Iceland to Indonesia—offering students the opportunity to travel with purpose. With a background in Anthropology, she weaves movement, rest, reflection, and culture into every journey.
At home in Baltimore, Dani lives with her husband, their two sons, James and Rowan, and their rescue cats, Bo and Mick. She considers motherhood her most profound and humbling practice of all.
