Arrow Yoga is a boutique hot vinyasa studio offering practices as maps back to yourself. Since 2015, we’ve traveled the world sharing the power of yoga; now we’re bringing that magic home to Hampden, inspired by the beauty of our favorite destinations.
Yoga here is more than movement — it’s a way of being. Through the art of paying attention, we gain the power to choose our direction. Our foundation is vinyasa asana: intentional, breath-linked movement that blends stillness and flow.
Our studio in Baltimore offers four main class styles (most vinyasa-based, plus a slow flow/restorative option) each inspired by the four directions and rooted in alignment-focused, functional movement. Our heated space follows the Ayurvedic tradition of sveda, or therapeutic sweating.
Beyond classes, we offer privates, workshops, mentorships, teacher trainings and retreats to help you reconnect to your wholeness and expand your capacity to hold whatever your heart desires.

OUR STYLE
At Arrow Yoga, we see the body as the gateway to presence and connection. Our foundation is vinyasa (“to place in a special way”): intentional, breath-linked movement that weaves stillness and flow into a practice of attention and awareness.
Each class is crafted with intention, blending alignment-focused movement with elements like pranayama, meditation, mantra and philosophy. The result is a practice that’s intelligent, creative and accessible to all — designed to meet you where you are and support you in living with steadiness, adaptability and joy.
Rather than measuring “advancement” by how many shapes you can make, we see the practice as a map back to what’s sacred — reconnecting you to wholeness and reminding you of your true essence.
Movement is our medicine.
NEW STUDENTS
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class so you have time to settle in and get oriented. Remove your shoes at the door and place your belongings in a secured locker.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle (we have a refill station available).
IN THE PRACTICE ROOM
Phones are not permitted — yoga is a chance to unplug and be fully present. Please silence and store your phone before entering the room.
DURING CLASS
Once class begins, we invite you to embrace quiet so everyone can stay centered in their practice. If you need support, a simple hand gesture to your teacher is always welcome.
OUR COMMITMENT

We believe these practices should be accessible to all. If finances are ever a barrier, please reach out. We’re continually working to create pathways that keep yoga available, while sustaining the stability needed for our studio to serve long-term.

Our mission in traveling has always been to support locals through valuing and participating in their passions. For the construction of our studio, it only made sense to work with Baltimore-focused craftsmen, artisans, as well as our favorite international makers.
