AIM: A MAP TO SERVE
Train in Baltimore, MD with us & our expert teaching staff
January 9 - December 30 2026
AIM: A Map to Serve is more than a certification—it's a sacred journey from inner work to outer impact. Designed for yoga teachers who’ve completed their 200-hour training, this 300-hour experience offers the depth, direction, and refinement so many are seeking.
Rooted in the koshas and guided by self-inquiry, AIM invites you to lead from embodied wisdom, to teach with integrity, and to serve with clarity and care. This is a training for those ready to evolve their voice, expand their offerings, and step into contribution—not just as instructors, but as purposeful leaders walking the path of yoga.

"I feel like I have received the most holistic version of YTT available - it was spiritual, physical, emotional, mental ... POWERFUL. I would recommend this training to anyone. I love being held to a high level in trainings, because it makes me feel like I am getting the most out of my time and investment. You exceeded expectations."
The heart & essence of the training
PROGRAM FORMAT
True leadership doesn’t come from information alone—it arises from integration. At Arrow Yoga, we believe that your practice is your curriculum. This program honors the layers of your being, giving you space to explore, embody, and teach from the inside out.
1 YEAR PROGRAM
10 in-person weekend immersions + biweekly virtual calls + online mentorship
Organized around the five koshas—the yogic sheaths of the self—each module offers a multidimensional lens through which to experience and share yoga. These include:
-
Body – Structure, form, and physical embodiment
-
Heart – Breath, emotion, and energetic intelligence
-
Mind – Thought, inquiry, and mental clarity
-
Spirit – Insight, discernment, and soulful purpose
-
Service – Integration, leadership, and contribution
BODY
4 IMMERSION WEEKENDS/ TOPICS
- ADVANCED ANATOMY + ASSISTING
- AYURVEDA
- SEQUENCING/ THEMING / CUEING
- RESTORATIVE YOGA
The physical body; our structure, support, and embodiment
This module explores the physical layer of yoga through the lens of annamaya kosha. It’s a return to the body as a wise, living teacher. Through advanced anatomy, biomechanics, sequencing, and intelligent cueing, you’ll refine the way you hold space, guide movement, and understand form.
We’ll explore how Ayurveda informs asana—shaping practice to meet seasonal, constitutional, and energetic needs—and how Restorative Yoga offers a gateway to deep somatic awareness and nervous system healing. Emphasis is placed on sustainable practice, embodied leadership, and intuitive alignment that supports both structure and freedom.
Each weekend will spark the theme for a whole month. In depth study in person will lead to reflections, practicums, exams & continuing ed.
Expect to receive 25 hour certifications in each one of these modalities.

10 WEEKEND INTENSIVES (MONTHLY)
Saturdays & Sundays
10am-5 pm EST
Each month, we gather for a weekend immersion—an in-person experience designed to root you deeper into the practice, philosophy, and purpose of yoga. These weekends are the heart of the 300-hour training, offering rich teachings, embodied exploration, and community connection.
While the 300-hour training is a communal journey held within a dedicated cohort, our immersion weekends are also open to dedicated students, teachers, and seekers who wish to deepen their practice or pursue specialized certifications. Whether you're enrolled in the full program or joining for a single weekend, these intensives offer a powerful opportunity to learn, evolve, and be inspired alongside a passionate community.
TUESDAYS (BI-WEEKLY) | ONLINE
6-8 pm EST
Tuesday #1 : Sutra Study : Embodying the Yoga Sutras
In our biweekly virtual sessions, we’ll journey through the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali one chapter at a time—unpacking select verses that illuminate the heart of yogic living. Each call is an opportunity to explore philosophy in a grounded, accessible way, focusing on how these ancient teachings can be lived, felt, and embodied in real time. Through discussion, inquiry, and application, you’ll begin to see the sutras not just as text, but as a mirror for your path and a map for conscious teaching.
Tuesday #2: Self Study (Peer - Led) : Aim Journal
Each trainee will step into the role of facilitator during our monthly self-study calls, guiding the group through reflection and dialogue inspired by Arrow Yoga’s AIM Journal—a tool rooted in the psychology of the chakras. These calls invite personal insight and collective connection, helping you deepen your inner work while practicing the art of holding space. As we move through the journal together, you’ll develop your voice, your presence, and your ability to lead from lived experience.
NOVEMBER + DECEMBER
As the program enters its final phase, the structure gently shifts.
During November and December, we pause our AIM Journal calls and monthly immersion weekends to make space for deeper integration. This is a time for focused creation—where you'll work on your Dharma Project through a blend of one-on-one mentorship, peer collaboration, and independent study.
This spacious season allows you to synthesize everything you’ve learned, bring your unique vision to life, and prepare to share your work as a living expression of your path and purpose.

While these weekends are required for enrolled trainees, we also open the doors to the broader community — welcoming curious students, dedicated practitioners, and fellow teachers to join us.
You can choose to:
→ Attend as a workshop, with no additional requirements — simply come, learn, and practice.

FAQS
WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?
Students are allowed to miss up to 1 full intensive weekend and 3 total weekday calls without penalty. Although this is not ideal, and we prefer students to be in all sessions, we do offer flexibility since all classes are recorded. Anything outside of these hours will require additional fees/ potential for withdrawal from the program.
Immersions vs Certifications vs 300 YTT
We will be offering an option to take our weekend immersions as either a workshop to the public, or as 25 hour certifications. Certificates will require work beyond the weekend including assignments. All immersive weekends are required and included for all of our 300 hour trainees.
IF I'M IN BMORE, CAN I DO IN PERSON PART OF THE TIME?
We ask that if you register for in person training, you attend all in person training hours. That is, all intensive weekends. If you are unable to make an in person session, you can participate online, however, it is not encouraged.
HOW DO I LEARN MORE ABOUT THE SCHEDULE/HOW TO PREPARE FOR TRAINING?
Once registered you will receive access to your student training portal. In there is all of the information you'll need to access zoom links, resources, books required etc;
HOW LONG DO WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE RECORDINGS FOR TRAINING?
You will have lifetime access to all training videos.
WHERE DO WE GO TO ACCESS ASSIGNMENTS/ RECORDINGS?
All curriculum will be accessed through Thinkific and can be found through the training portal.
HOW MUCH TIME OUTSIDE OF TRAINING HOURS DOES THIS REQUIRE?
Outside of live training hours, there will be a maximum of two to four hours of work to do on your own timing within each module. This includes watching recorded videos that are included within the 200 hour model, and then your own self practice and self study. (1 asana class, and 1 meditation practice on your own each module minimum)
WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO CULTIVATE COMMUNITY IF I'M ONLINE?
We will actively curate the experience so that each student online interacts with students in person and visa versa. We will work hard to make sure this learning experience is beneficial for all by using the most simple yet seamless technology to ensure everyone can see one another in the space, and can communicate clearly and effectively.
DO I NEED TO BE AN ADVANCED PRACTITIONER IN ORDER TO JOIN?
NO! Students come to learn and advance their practice exactly as they are. All are welcome. We ask that you have been practicing yoga for at least a year and are deeply committed to this process of learning and growing.
