Vedic Meditation Intro Talk:

Vedic meditation is an easy, effortless technique that anyone can practice. It’s practiced twice a day for twenty minutes, sitting comfortably. There is no need to focus or try to control the mind. Instead, you are given a personal mantra, and taught to effortlessly use it in a way that causes the mind and body to settle. As a result, this allows you to release the stress, tension and fatigue stored inside your body’s cellular memory. Through the daily practice of Vedic Meditation, you become less stressed and are able to deeply tap into your inner guidance & happiness. This Introduction is a free one-hour and fifteen minute intro talk and question/answer session designed for anyone interested in learning more about Vedic Meditation.

Meet George S. Peterson

George S Peterson is a Vedic meditation teacher with over a decade of experience in the addiction recovery field. He is also the co-founder of Nourish Mindful Events, a company that hosts retreats and pop-ups, providing a space for people to nourish their minds, bodies, and souls. George is the host of Global Shift Podcast and is currently working on his first book that will offer basic steps for creating an enjoyable meditation practice and overcoming addiction.
