Join Dani Reidy for an evening to dissolve and ascend through the sacred prpactice of 108 sun salutations. Done in a series of 9 sets of 12, you'll be given an opportunity to move with creativity, grace, and generate a practice that feels personal and powerful.

After our surya namaskaras, you'll be guided through healing restorative poses to help you process. We will end with breath work and a short guided meditation to help you set your intention for summer.
