About the Event
Lengthen, strengthen and tone your entire body with PIlates Barre instructor Michelle Biro! Pilates Barre incorporates Pilates Mat exercises mixed with sculpting barre moves for a full body toning workout. This 45 minute class will be equipment free, making the moves accessible for any home practice or a fun workout you can take anywhere around the world during your travels. All you'll need is a mat (or any soft flooring will do) and your beautiful yourself!
