About the Event
In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “the wisdom of life”. Ayur means life + Veda means wisdom or knowledge. This ancient practice, much like yoga, originated more than 3500 years ago. It’s wisdom is rooted in the ancient spiritual texts, known as The Vedas. Ayurveda’s holistic healing wisdom has created a matrix of knowledge about human physiology and health, as well as the medicinal properties of plants and minerals, to bring the body, mind and spirit into their natural state of balance.

Leave with self-care practices specific to your Dosha type and step into this new season stronger and more confident than ever before.
Ciara will guide you through a discussion on Ayurvedic Practices and how you can use the knowledge learned to prepare you fo seasonal change. Afterwards, Dani will guide you through a yoga practice to help you unfold and bloom. Together, we will take a few minutes to journal on our intentions for Spring. Post workshop we will spend 30 minutes answering any questions you may have about our 300 Hour YTT Program.
