Ground Down Recipe

A wonderful aspect about our company is the concentration around the chakras and our passion for attention to details. This past Sunday we were able to combine our love for food and our knowledge about the chakras in a nutritional tasting to help balance your vibe to the guests who attended Free to Breathe Yogathon.

As promised, we are posting the full recipes that we served, and their instructions, on our new blog!

Today, we start with the Root Chakra. The first chakra is located at the base of our spine and is associated with being able to feel grounded. The root is our center of stability, security and financial, instinctual needs. Any food that is from the earth, root vegetables in particular, are great for helping to balance this chakra. Whenever you are feeling restless, insecure in your path, fearful or disorganized, try out this recipe! Easy to make and super colorful.

Stay tuned as we go through each chakra with recipes to help promote balance in your body!
