Whether you're new to the studio or just want to feel fully prepared, here’s everything you’ll want to bring to your next class at Arrow Yoga in Baltimore.
What you’ll want to have with you
Bring your yoga mat to class. It’s the one item you’ll use every time you practice. For hot classes, a yoga towel is encouraged to cover your mat. It helps absorb sweat and gives you extra grip for a steadier, safer practice.
A reusable water bottle is needed to stay hydrated before, during, and after your flow. If you forget yours, no worries—we have Arrow Yoga branded bottles available for purchase, or you can ask for a cup at the front desk and use our filtered water refill station!
Planning to shower after class? Feel free to bring your own towel, or make it easy and rent one of ours.
What we provide to support your practice
We’ve got blocks and bolsters ready for you, so you can find the right alignment and support in every pose.
Our showers are stocked with clean, feel-good toiletries so you can rinse off and head out feeling fresh. P.S. Our favorite post-class sip / bite / catch-up-with-a-friend space can be found with the lovely folks at Good Neighbor just a three minute walk away!
Come as you are
At Arrow Yoga, you don’t need much to get started—just the basics, an open mind, and a willingness to show up for yourself. We’ll take care of the rest.
