About the Event
Welcome to Honoring Your Energy with Human Design. In this 60 minute workshop you’ll learn what Human Design is and how you can use this tool for self-discovery to align your lifestyle choices with your unique energy type.
In this workshop, we’ll begin with a gentle breath & meditation practice to calm our nervous systems and let go of our days. Next we’ll dive deep into Human Design: what it is, how to find out yours, and how to best utilize it in your day-to-day life. We’ll end with a guided journaling practice so you can pause to look at how your energy affects your lifestyle & set intentions for how you can live with more ease. Lastly, we’ll end with a Q&A.
This workshop will give you the tools to manifest greater wellness into your life, honor your energy, find balance, and design a life you love.
Your workshop Host:
Rachel Graham is a Manifestation & Wellness Coach. She uses Human Design and holistic wellness practices to support women design lives they love. Her mission is to help women to feel energized, worthy, and free everyday in their bodies, minds, and spirits.
Rachel first entered the wellness world at 16 when she became a yoga instructor. After struggling with chronic cystic acne and internal imbalances for years, she discovered how to heal her skin naturally and was driven to help others do the same and achieve balance holistically.
She later became a certified health coach which later led to manifestation when she realized that women wanted to feel good physically AND manifest lifestyles that align with their values and needs. Since then she’s coached dozens of women through her 4-month mentorship, Freedom to Flourish.
When she’s not coaching, you can find her in the kitchen testing sugar-free dessert recipes, doing yoga, being a complete goofball, and reading outside in nature.
